Under-15 Trials In April
The Rochdale AFC Academy are holding trials for their Under-15 side in April.
They will be held at Hopwood Hall College, Rochdale Road, Middleton, M24 6XH on Tuesday 30th April. Full details:

In order to register your interest, please complete the player profile form (download HERE) in full and return to Sarah Ashton, Academy Secretary by email sarah.ashton@rochdaleafc.co.uk no later than Friday 26th April 2019.
***PROOF OF AGE FOR NAMED PLAYER MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THIS FORM (BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT), OTHERWISE, YOUR APPLICATION TO ATTEND TRIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED***
Places are to be confirmed by return email from Sarah Ashton, Academy Secretary.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE PARTICIPATE UNLESS YOUR PLACE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY RETURN EMAIL AND PROOF OF AGE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
All players attending must bring boots suitable for 3G, trainers, shin pads and a drink.
Please note that players applying to attend the above trials must reside within a travel time of 90 minutes.
